ENGLISH: Philippe Ungar is a French writer and an interviewer based in Brooklyn (NY).

Since 2001, He has been working with companies to communicate internally about their DNA and values through their story. Especially using internal podcast and corporate video.

He has created audio archives for prestigious art foundations, art collections, museums and galleries in Europe and in the United States, including the Fondation Alberto and Annette Giacometti (Paris), the Niki Charitable Art Foundation (Santee, California), the Panza Collection Archives (Mendrisio, Switzerland) or the Lévy-Gorvy Gallery (New York) among others.

He has also worked with families who want to keep and transmit their story to generations to come.

Since 2005, he has published several books of interviews and biographies.

Prior to his current career, from 1985 to 2005, he taught philosophy (in high school and in business and management schools, ISCID, EDHEC) and philosophy of education in the university institute for professors training (IUFM) in Lille (France).

He also ran seminars and workshops on cultural heritage and museums as part of the European program Interreg III.

Simultaneously, he was a journalist for the Swiss French radio cultural program (RTS).

He is the founder (in 2017) of SOUNDS LIKE PORTRAITS a weekly podcast with creative people talking about their creative process.

Depuis 2001, il travaille pour aider des entreprises à communiquer en interne à propos de leurs valeurs et de leur histoire. Particulièrement avec des podcasts internes et des vidéos

Il a travaillé comme archiviste sonore pour de prestigieuses fondations, collections d'art, musées et galeries en Europe et aux Etats-Unis dont la Fondation Alberto and Annette Giacometti (Paris), la Niki Charitable Art Foundation (Santee, Californie), la Panza Collection Archives (Mendrisio, Suisse) ou la galerie Lévy-Gorvy (New York) entre autres.

Il a également travailler pour des familles soucieuses de conserver et de transmettre leur histoire aux générations à venir.

Depuis 2005, il a publié plusieurs ouvrages d'entretiens et des biographies.

Avant cela, de 1985 à 2005, il a enseigné la philosophie (lycée et écoles de Commerce ISCID, EDHEC) ainsi que la philosophie de l’éducation dans un Institut Universitaire de Formation des Maîtres (IUFM) pour les professeurs à Lille (France).

Il a animé des séminaires et des ateliers consacrés à la transmission de l'héritage culturel, particulièrement pour les musées, dans le cadre du programme européen Interreg III.

En parallèle, il a été journaliste pour les programmes culturels de la Radio Suisse Romande (RTS).

En 2017, il a créé SOUNDS LIKE PORTRAITS, un podcast hebdomadaire consacré à la créativité dans tous les domaines.
